In Romans 7:15–25a, Paul honestly describes the inner struggle we all face—the tension between wanting to do what is right and being drawn toward sin. The troubles, worries, and burdens of this world can easily distract us from God and pull us away from His will.

In Matthew 11:28–30, Jesus offers a different way. He invites all who are weary to come to Him, promising rest and asking us to take His yoke upon us. By walking closely with Christ and sharing His yoke, we find the strength, guidance, and peace to remain steady in faith, even amid life’s challenges, trusting that His burden is light and His grace is enough.
