Sermon – May 18th , 2025

Jesus raises the bar on love. While the old commandment taught us to love others as we love ourselves, Jesus reveals a deeper, more sacrificial way. He loved us to the very end—even to the cross—and now calls us to love one another just as He has loved us. This is not just a call to kindness, but to Christ-shaped love that lays down pride, preference, and comfort. What does it mean to live out this new commandment today?
