Sermon – February 8th, 2026
In “Do Not Be Anxious”: Learning to Live in the Father’s World (Matthew 6:25–34), this message explores Jesus’ radical invitation to live free from the quiet hum of everyday worry. Rather than offering techniques to manage anxiety, Jesus reveals a deeper truth: we live in a world ruled by a good and attentive Father. Worry often exposes our need for control and our misplaced trust, but Christ calls us to seek first the kingdom, to slow down, to pray honestly, and to rest in God’s faithful provision. This sermon reminds us that while tomorrow may hold trouble, it is never outside the hands of our Father.
