We are excited to announce that KidzChurch will be running the Hope For Kids program by Evangelism Explosion International from 18 January to 14 June at TCE.
Hope For Kids is a globally recognised children’s evangelism curriculum designed to help children not only know who Jesus is, but to love Him deeply and confidently share their faith with others. You can learn more about the program here:

What is Hope For Kids?
Hope For Kids is a 12-lesson discipleship and evangelism program, specifically designed for our Diamonds age group. Through this curriculum, children are taught:
- Who Jesus is and what He has done for them
- How to build a personal relationship with Jesus
- How to clearly and confidently share the gospel
- How to talk about their faith with family, friends, and others
This program helps children understand that evangelism is not something to fear, but something joyful—simply sharing the hope they have in Jesus.
How Will the Children Learn?
The Hope For Kids lessons are highly interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate. Each session is enhanced through:
- Skits that bring Bible truths to life
- Crafts, which double as practical witnessing tools
- Songs and hand actions to help children remember key gospel truths
- Games and activities that reinforce learning in a fun way
Through these methods, children are equipped with the hope of the gospel and encouraged to develop a rich, deep, and lasting relationship with Jesus.
Learning to Evangelise—Kid-Friendly and Faith-Filled
Evangelism is taught in a gentle, relational, and child-friendly way. The children will learn how to:
- Share their personal faith story
- Explain the gospel simply and clearly
- Pray for and with others
- Talk about Jesus naturally in everyday conversations
Our heart is not just that children gain knowledge, but that they grow in confidence, compassion, and courage as followers of Jesus.
Celebration: Hope For Kids Pin Party
At the conclusion of the program, we will celebrate what God has done through our children by hosting a Hope For Kids Pin Party on 14 June, during an all-age service.
During this special service:
- Children who demonstrate sharing the gospel will be pinned
- Course certificates will be presented
- The church family will have the opportunity to celebrate and encourage our young evangelists
This will be a joyful moment to recognise how God is working in the hearts of our children.
