As you may be aware, on Thursday last Jo Groenendijk passed away peacefully. A funeral service is being prepared for Jo this coming Wednesday coming at 14:00 at Trinity Church.
All who wish to celebrate Jo and mourn her passing are welcome. Coffee and cake will follow.
The total costs for Jo’s funeral and cremation, €3954, are having to be borne by Trinity Church. This is due to there being no other provision or arrangements.

Donate towards funeral expense
The call for donations to cover the expense for Jo’s funeral, which Trinity took on in faith, has been very positive. The cost of the funeral was € 3,954. We have received so far to offset this donations of:
- € 2,070 via the website donation form,
- € 500 direct to the Trinity bank account, and
- € 450 at the funeral.
The current contributions therefore come to € 3,020 — which leaves a remainder of € 934 to completely pay for the funeral.
It is still possible to support Trinity by making a donation towards the funeral cost. The ‘crowdfunding’ progress bar below shows the remaining amount of the funeral cost, and the total of donations that have been received for that remaining cost (i.e. not the previous donations). As further donations are received via this form the green bar will progress towards the goal! Thank you for your support.
