This year’s AGM & elections will be conducted on April 6th, 2025. Please mark this date in your agenda.

After the service we will have coffee at around 11:30 and then proceed directly to the AGM. There will be a light joint lunch after the AGM. Warm soup and bread will be provided.

Reports from office holders and documents related to the AGM will be available later via a link in our newsletter. Please use our website contact form if you do not receive the newsletter and would like to read the reports.

Nominations need to be received by the Electoral Roll officer (Rani) before 10 a.m., Saturday April 5th, 2025

If you want to vote, nominate someone, second or be nominated at this meeting you need to register (before March 22nd) on the electoral roll.

Contested voting is uncommon but the option is there.
